Membership
Membership is open to individuals who support the mission of NTAIA and meet the eligibility requirements for the selected membership level.
Memberships:
- Are non-transferable.
- Are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Must be renewed annually to maintain member benefits.
NTAIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct that violates these Terms or is detrimental to the organization.
Payments & Refunds
Membership fees, event registrations, sponsorships, and other purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If an event is canceled by NTAIA, registrants will be notified regarding available refund or credit options.
Events
Participation in NTAIA events is voluntary.
By attending an event, you agree to:
- Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully.
- Follow all venue policies.
- Respect fellow members, speakers, vendors, and guests.
NTAIA reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, educational materials, publications, presentations, and other original content, is the property of NTAIA unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Authors retain all ownership and copyright of their own books, manuscripts, and creative works.
Member Directory
Members who choose to participate in the online author directory grant NTAIA permission to display the information they voluntarily provide, including:
- Name
- Biography
- Author photo
- Website
- Social media links
- Book information
Members may request updates or removal of their directory listing at any time.
Limitation of Liability
NTAIA provides educational resources, networking opportunities, and professional development. We do not guarantee publishing success, book sales, media exposure, or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTAIA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, membership, or participation in our programs.
